AI for manufacturers. Reps sell with current prices and orders reach the plant clean.

Manufacturers that sell through reps and distributors lose margin in the gaps between the plant and the customer: old price sheets in a rep's trunk, quote requests waiting on an engineer, reorders typed from emails. We build AI into Epicor, NetSuite, SAP Business One or whatever runs your floor, so your sales team has the right numbers and orders reach the plant clean.

Free video call. Nothing gets quoted unless it can return 300% in the first year.

Where manufacturers lose margin between the plant and the buyer

Reps quoting from old price sheets

A price increase goes out in January, and by March some reps are still quoting from the PDF they saved last year. Every order taken at the old number gives away margin, and catching it means an awkward call to the customer or eating the difference.

Quote requests stuck in a queue

Custom sizes, freight and volume breaks often need someone inside to price them. When that person is buried, a buyer waits two days for a number, and the project goes to the competing line that answered the same afternoon.

Repeat orders typed by hand

Reorders arrive as emails, spreadsheets and photos of handwritten lists. Customer service keys each line into the ERP, checks it against the price tier and confirms ship dates by hand, which slows every order and invites mistakes on the floor.

Product knowledge living in a few heads

Specs, compatibility, finishes and lead times sit with the two or three people who have been there longest. Reps and customers call them for answers, and when those people are out, deals stall and the wrong part gets ordered.

60 hoursa month back from pricing quotes by hand
  • Example: 120 rep and customer quote requests a month
  • 40 minutes each to price by hand
  • 10 minutes each to review once AI drafts them

This example uses round numbers, where 30 minutes saved on each of 120 quotes is 3,600 minutes, and the free call uses your real quote volume.

How we use AI to grow revenue and margins for manufacturers with sales reps.

Grow revenue

Sales Enablement

Every rep sells from today's numbers

In-house reps and rep agencies get one portal with current prices for each account tier, approved product materials, a territory map of their accounts and a quoting tool that prices from the master list. Sales managers see which territories are quiet and which accounts have not ordered this quarter, before the year-end review.

B2B Customer Portal

Repeat buyers reorder without calling

Approved accounts log in to a private portal with their own price level, their order history, spec sheets and care guides. Repeat orders take a few taps instead of an email chain, order status answers itself, and your customer service team spends its day on new accounts and problem orders.

Quote Follow-Up

Same-day quotes, then chased

AI drafts quotes from distributor and contractor requests using your price tiers and freight history, and puts them in front of inside sales for a quick check. Once sent, every quote gets followed up before the project deadline, and reps see which bids are close to closing and which need a call.

Grow margins

Product and Pricing Hub

Change a price once

Products, prices by tier and spec sheets live in one master list that updates the ERP, the CRM, the customer portal and the printed price list together. When January's increase lands, every rep, account and quote template has it the same day, with an approval step before anything changes.

Back-Office Automation

Orders reach the plant clean

AI reads emailed and spreadsheet orders, matches customer part numbers to your item master, applies the right price tier and drafts the sales order in your ERP. Customer service reviews the exceptions instead of typing every line, and the customer gets a confirmation with ship dates the same morning.

Business Operating System

One view for the leadership team

Goals, scorecards and the weekly meeting live in one home, with a daily brief on bookings, backlog, late orders and what competing lines changed. Leaders walk into the meeting already knowing the numbers, so the hour goes to decisions about capacity, pricing and which territories need help.

How we work with a manufacturer

Your ERP stays the record

The ERP that runs your floor holds the truth on items, costs and orders, and we keep it that way. We read and write through the connections your ERP supports, so the plant keeps its screens and your sales channel finally works from the same numbers.

Built for the whole sales team

Your revenue moves through people in the field: your own reps, rep agencies and distributors. We build tools each of them can use on a phone, with access set by you, so your line is the easiest one to quote and order.

Counted before it is built

Before proposing anything, we count your quote requests, orders, price changes and calls. We only recommend what can return 300% in the first year, at a fixed price and scope written down, and we measure the result from your own systems after launch.

Price increases, market weeks and the year-end push

Manufacturers in the Carolinas tend to run on their channel's calendar. Price increases usually land in January, spring brings the building and outdoor season, furniture and home lines plan around High Point Market in April and October, and the fourth quarter fills with distributor programs and year-end orders. The pricing hub gets every increase out the same day, the portal absorbs reorder spikes without overtime, and the sales portal points reps at quiet accounts when the slower months come.

We build AI into the software you already use.

Most manufacturers we see run Epicor Kinetic, NetSuite, SAP Business One, Infor SyteLine, Global Shop Solutions or JobBOSS on the floor, with Salesforce or HubSpot for sales and Outlook or Gmail carrying customer orders, and we build inside those.

Every system lives in your own accounts. We never host or store your customer data.

Where we usually start.

Wrong prices and slow quotes are usually the biggest leaks, and both trace back to product and pricing data scattered across files. The pricing hub fixes the data once, and the rep portal puts it in every rep's hands, so the two are planned together as one Operating Build.

Questions manufacturers ask.

Can this work with outside rep agencies, not just our own team?

Yes. Independent reps and agencies get their own login with only the prices, accounts and materials you allow. You can see quoting and account activity by territory without asking each agency for a report, and access ends the day a rep agreement does.

How does it connect to Epicor, NetSuite or SAP Business One?

All three support integrations. We use what your version and licenses allow to read items, price tiers and order status and to draft orders. Where a direct connection is limited, we work through imports or with your ERP partner, and the data stays in your systems.

Can different accounts see different prices?

Yes. Each account sees its own price level and terms, pulled from the tiers you already keep. Contract pricing and volume breaks come through exactly as they do today, and you approve any change before it goes out.

We make custom and configured products. Can AI quote those?

AI drafts what it can from your rules, past quotes and freight history, and flags anything that needs an engineer or estimator. The goal is that your experts only touch the unusual requests, while standard sizes and repeat configurations go out the same day.

Do you work with regulated or defense manufacturers?

No. We don't take work that involves regulated or controlled data. Our focus is manufacturers selling commercial products through their own reps and distributors.

What does it cost?

Builds start at $5,000, and each one has its price, scope and timeline fixed in writing. ERP-connected pricing and order work costs more than a single rep portal because of the integration involved. The price guide has the ranges, and the free call sizes the build against your quote and order volume.
