300% minimum return in the first year. If a build can't clear it, we won't sell it.
Before a build goes in your quote, your profit map has to show it can return at least four times its price within the first year, in new booked revenue or payroll saved, using your own numbers.

Pricing, answered.
Are the prices really fixed?
Yes. Your quote sets one price, one scope and one timeline in writing. The only thing that changes it is adding or removing a system, and you approve that in writing first.
How much does AI integration cost?
Builds start at $5,000. A Single Build is one system and an Operating Build is two or three systems planned together. The free price guide lists the full ranges and the Managed AI plans.
What moves the price?
How many systems you need, how many tools they connect to and how much material we start from, like price sheets, scripts or past work. You see the exact number in your quote before anything starts.
What is the difference between a Single and an Operating Build?
A Single Build is one system, like a knowledge library or one dashboard. An Operating Build is two or three systems planned together, so they share the same data and your team learns them once.
What if nothing clears the 300% rule?
Then we tell you and recommend nothing. You keep the advice from the call, and you are not pushed into a build.
Who do we work with day to day?
A named delivery lead, from kickoff to launch. You get a written update every week and a reply within one business day.
Do you charge for software?
No markup. If a system needs a tool you don't already have, the vendor bills you directly in your name, and your quote lists that cost before you approve anything.
Can we stop the managed plan?
Yes. After a three-month minimum it is month to month. Everything keeps running in your accounts if you stop.
