Who we are
Black Glove is a trade name used by Crossland Ventures, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to hello@blackgloveai.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us and what the site needs to work:
- Contact form: your name, business name, work email, team size, what you are interested in, anything you type about your business, and your mobile number if you choose to give it.
- Texts and calls: whether you checked the box allowing us to call or text you, with the date and time you agreed.
- Scheduling: if you book through an embedded calendar, the booking service collects your name, email, chosen time and any answers you give it.
- Privacy choice: a small entry in your browser's local storage that remembers whether you accepted or declined optional cookies.
- Basic server records kept by our website host, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which hosts keep to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
- To reply to you and schedule your revenue review or build.
- To send texts or make calls about your request, only if you checked the consent box.
- To keep records of our conversations and any work we agree to do.
- To understand which pages are useful, only if you allow analytics.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Client data in your systems
When we set up AI tools for a client, the work happens inside the client's own accounts. We do not host or keep your customers' data on our own systems. We never train AI on your data or your customers' data, and we only build on business-grade AI services that don't either. Each engagement's written agreement covers access and handling in detail.
Texts and calls
If you agree to texts or calls, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out or HELP for help, or email us. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything. We do not share your mobile number or consent with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and messages for as long as needed to respond and to manage any work we do together, and then delete or anonymize them unless we must keep them longer for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@blackgloveai.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will not treat you differently for using them. We will confirm your request and respond within the time the law allows.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for meaningful changes, note it on the site.
