Price and payback.
What does it cost?
Builds start at $5,000. Your price depends on how many systems you need and how many tools they connect to, and it is fixed in writing before we start.
How fast does it pay for itself?
We only propose a build if your own numbers show it can return at least four times its price within the first year, in new revenue or payroll saved.
Am I locked into a contract?
Builds are a fixed price for a fixed scope. Ongoing support is optional. You own every account, automation and playbook, and it all stays with you if we part ways.
What if it does not pay off?
That is what the 300% rule is for. If your numbers do not show a build clearing it, we will not propose it. After launch, we measure before and after from your own systems.
What's the difference between a Single and an Operating Build?
A Single Build is one system, like a knowledge library or one dashboard. An Operating Build is two or three systems planned together, so they share the same data and your team learns them once.
Is there a monthly fee?
Only if you want one. Managed AI is an optional monthly plan that keeps every system tuned and adds a new workflow each month. The price guide lists the plans. Without it, everything keeps running in your accounts.
How are results measured?
The profit map sets a baseline from your own systems, like close rate, reviews, admin hours and costs. After launch we pull the same numbers again and compare.
Are the prices really fixed?
Yes. Your quote sets one price, one scope and one timeline in writing. The only thing that changes it is adding or removing a system, and you approve that in writing first.
What moves the price?
How many systems you need, how many tools they connect to and how much material we start from, like price sheets, scripts or past work. You see the exact number in your quote before anything starts.
How the work runs.
Do you only work in Charlotte?
We are based in Charlotte and work across North and South Carolina. Kickoffs can be in person around the Charlotte metro, and everything else runs by video.
Which tools do you work with?
QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Google Business Profile, CallRail, RingCentral and most phone systems that record calls or send texts.
How much of my team's time does this take?
A couple of hours to map the business, then about an hour a week during the build. Training fits around your busy season.
What happens after launch?
You get before and after numbers. Then it runs on its own in your accounts, or you add Managed AI to keep tuning it and add new workflows.
How does the free video consultation work?
A short video call. You walk us through how work and money move through your business, and we name the one or two leaks costing you the most. No slides and no pitch, and you get a written summary afterwards.
Who do we work with day to day?
A named delivery lead, from kickoff to launch. You get a written update every week and a reply within one business day.
What if nothing clears the 300% rule?
Then we tell you and recommend nothing. You keep the advice from the call, and you are not pushed into a build.
Do you charge for software?
No markup. If a system needs a tool you don't already have, the vendor bills you directly in your name, and your quote lists that cost before you approve anything.
Can we stop the managed plan?
Yes. After a three-month minimum it is month to month. Everything keeps running in your accounts if you stop.
Your team, your customers, your data.
Does my team have to learn new software?
No. We build on what you run today, and we train your team on anything that changes. If something is missing, we recommend the simplest tool and you own the account.
Will this replace my staff?
It replaces repetitive tasks, not judgment. Most owners use the hours to grow without hiring, or move people to work that brings in revenue. You decide what changes.
What happens to our data?
Everything is built in your own accounts. We never host or store your customer data, and we never train AI on it.
Will customers know they're talking to AI?
Messages are written in your voice and hand off to a person whenever a customer asks or a request needs judgment. You approve every script before it goes live.
Can we turn it off?
Any time, with one switch in your own account. Each system can be paused on its own.
What if my staff push back?
They help write the scripts, they see it tested on real leads first, and training uses their actual tasks. Most teams come around once the busywork disappears.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Every account, automation, script and playbook lives in your name and stays with you if we part ways.
Fit.
Is this only about answering leads faster?
No. Half the work is margins: invoices, paperwork, customer questions and live dashboards for every leader, so the business runs with less payroll.
What size business is this for?
Owner-led service businesses doing about $1M or more a year, usually with 10 to 50 people: home services, construction, landscaping, cleaning, moving and logistics, distribution, manufacturing, restaurants, repair shops, agencies and business services.
Is there any work you don't take on?
Yes. We stay out of regulated fields, so we don't take on healthcare, dental, legal, financial or insurance businesses.
Find out what you're leaving on the table.
